Eagle Rising Investment group’s vision is to start a wind or solar
energy farm most likely through a LLC or Co-op. You will buy into the
company through shares of no less then 1,000$. Earnings from the
company will be used to build the business to make it larger. As the
company grows your shares will be worth more money. At this point
people can opt to sell their shares, hold on to the shares or receive
dividends. It is my hope that at least one member of the group will be a
sound legal advisor about energy and state laws regarding energy use.
A second member of the group will be a financial member who can
advise the group on the best renewable energy choices. Another
member of the group will have technological skill for advisement. As a
noteworthy point, we will need the interest of somebody who would
allow the use of their land for this venture. We can pay that person
back with free electricity and a small percent of yearly earnings. One
will probably have to have a devoted interest in renewable energy. As
a faithful gesture I promise to start the company by contributing
20,000$ as a start. I believe before we can start this group, we will need
to procure adequate parcels of land, fulfilled legal background work,
establish the company formally, agreed on the equipment/man power
work costs, fully understand what we are getting into, and establish
supporting funds of a 1,000,000$ from interested parties. Though we
could start with much less, this round figure will give us a little room to
maneuver and start strong. Strong gestures like this will show the
world that renewable energy can be profitable, and people will support
it. There will be no exchange of currency until a formal business plan
has been established and land holders/land parcels have been
procured, and proper legal work has been done. However, there will
be little movement forward until adequate funding and membership
has been pledged. There is still much room for deciding on the
company business plan and incorporation. New members will get be
added to a listserve for updates on new member pledges, assumed
positions taken, and voting on decision about how to set up the
company. Though I do believe this operation will be profitable, it will be
under a different projected earnings from the more familiar quarter
